Entry-Level Lathe Operator

We are hiring for an Entry-Level Lathe Operator to join our team in Utena. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining lathes to produce parts according to specifications. This is an ideal opportunity for a Filipino candidate with English speaking ability and a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual and CNC lathes
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of parts
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts for quality assurance
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in lathe operation preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of blueprint reading and measurement tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills in English
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel

Salary:
Starting salary of $1200 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
