We are in need of an experienced Welder to join our team in Bungoma. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components based on provided blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of welding techniques and equipment, as well as the ability to work with various metals such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine welding requirements
- Set up welding equipment including gas tanks, torches, electrodes, and wires
- Select appropriate welding method based on material type and thickness
- Weld metal components using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Repair damaged metal parts using appropriate welding techniques
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Knowledge of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Professional certification in welding is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
