Sales Manager - Indian National - Mecca, Saudi Arabia
We are currently hiring a results-driven and proactive Sales Manager to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our sales team and driving business growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients
- Establish strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Train and coach the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Prepare regular sales reports for upper management
Requirements:
- Indian nationality (due to visa sponsorship)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in the sales industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the region
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Salary: 1500$ per month + commission based on performance.
