Welder (Urgent)


A well-established construction company in Malindi is urgently seeking a skilled Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment and techniques to join metal parts and components. You will work closely with the construction team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Use specialized tools and equipment such as welding torches, power saws, grinders, and drills
- Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead)
- Inspect completed welds for quality control
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment or materials as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)
- Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in welding
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid work permit for Malindi (or willingness to obtain one)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at 1300$ per month based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Malindi, Kenya. We welcome candidates from any nationality but preference will be given to Nepali candidates.
