Filipino Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Filipino Restaurant Manager to join our team in Balzers. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial management. You must have a strong understanding of Filipino cuisine and culture, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month. While English proficiency is preferred, it is not required for this role. We welcome applicants without prior experience in restaurant management as long as they are willing to learn and grow with us. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate. A minimum education level of 12th grade is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high quality of food and service
- Train and supervise staff to adhere to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Prepare financial reports and manage budget effectively

Requirements:
- Filipino nationality preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of Filipino cuisine and culture
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (12th grade)
- Prior experience in restaurant management is an asset but not mandatory
