Industrial Alpinist


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Alta. In this role, you will be responsible for performing industrial rope access work at extreme heights and in challenging environments. Your main duties will include conducting inspections, maintenance, and repairs on tall structures such as buildings, bridges, wind turbines, and oil rigs.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough safety checks before each job
- Setting up rope systems and ensuring all equipment is in good working condition
- Performing various tasks at height including welding, painting, cleaning, and rigging
- Following strict safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries
- Completing detailed reports of work performed and any issues encountered
- Communicating effectively with team members and site supervisors

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in industrial alpinism or similar field
- Proficient in rope access techniques and equipment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Physically fit and comfortable working at extreme heights
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
