Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager in La Condamine, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to coordinate resources and ensure project milestones are met.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the construction process
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure project progress
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Review and approve contractor bids and invoices
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager (minimum 3 years)
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in La Condamine. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Monaco.

Accommodation:
