Mason Supervisor



The company is seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate should be an Indian national with a minimum of 3 years of experience in masonry work. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of masons, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Your duties will include managing materials, supervising the construction process, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You must have excellent communication skills in English to effectively communicate with your team and other stakeholders. This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1200$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction projects
- Manage materials, ensuring they are ordered, delivered, and used efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Train new masons on proper techniques and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients
- Maintain accurate records of materials and labor usage
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of different types of masonry work including bricklaying, plastering, and tiling
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to read blueprints is an advantage
