Network and Systems Administrator


We are a leading IT solutions company based in Kaunas, seeking a skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company's network and systems, as well as providing technical support to our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and file sharing
- Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and implement network upgrades or new systems
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or remote access tools
- Perform regular security audits and implement necessary updates or patches
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Solid understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS devices
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
- Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019 operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position located in Kaunas. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
