Sales Executive - Indian Market (Kaunas)
As a Sales Executive for the Indian market, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to clients in Kaunas. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue by building strong relationships with potential and existing Indian clients. You will need to have a good understanding of the Indian market and culture, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies for the Indian market
- Identifying potential clients, making cold calls, and arranging meetings to present our products
- Maintaining relationships with existing Indian clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products
- Negotiating contracts and terms of sale with clients
- Providing regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitors' activities in the Indian market
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Indian market
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with Indian business culture, customs, and market trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with clients
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month plus commission on sales. This position does not require English proficiency as the main focus will be on the Indian market. However, you must have legal authorization to work in Kaunas.
