We are hiring a skilled and experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a DBA, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's database systems, ensuring their security and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain database systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues
- Ensure data security and integrity
- Optimize database performance
- Create backup and recovery plans
- Monitor system health and capacity
- Collaborate with development team to support application needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience with database design, backup and recovery methods
- Understanding of data security principles
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in database administration (Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate)
- Experience with cloud-based databases (Amazon RDS, Microsoft Azure)
- Knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python)
