Teamlead for Project Management Department


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead for our Project Management Department in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of project managers and ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and timeline. This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Monitor progress and provide guidance to project managers to overcome any roadblocks
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may impact project success
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to promote productivity and professional growth
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide coaching as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously within budget and timeline constraints
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving common goals
- Ability to think critically, solve problems efficiently, and make decisions under pressure
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Fluency in English (German or other European languages is a plus)
