Junior Barista

We are a bustling cafe located in the vibrant city of Os, seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Barista to join our team. As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of high-quality coffee and tea beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service to our valued patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all customers
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the barista station at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, events, and menu offerings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt service and quality products are delivered to customers
- Uphold food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferably with some relevant coursework)
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage with customers in a professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new techniques and recipes
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Os, preferably local or willing to relocate
