Supply Manager for English-Speaking International Company in Jeddah

Our international company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Manager to join our team in Jeddah. As the Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the supply chain, from sourcing and purchasing to inventory management and logistics. You will work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and materials.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain management, preferably in a multinational company
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures
- Experience with inventory management software is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Identify potential suppliers/vendors and negotiate contracts
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities accordingly
- Develop strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvements in the supply chain
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and procedures
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance for management review
