Land surveyor vacancy in Al Buraymi Oman

Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Buraymi. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, analyzing data, and creating accurate maps and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Gather and analyze data from surveys, maps, deeds, and legal documents
- Create detailed maps and reports to accurately represent survey findings
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns
- Ensure that all work is completed within project timelines and budget constraints
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong understanding of legal documents related to land ownership and boundaries
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others on a team
- Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on land development projects in Al Buraymi or similar cities in Oman
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Ability to speak Arabic is a plus
Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
This position is open for both Kenyan nationals looking for opportunities abroad, as well as foreigners who meet the requirements. Visa sponsorship may be provided for qualified candidates. This is an urgent position so candidates who can start immediately are preferred. Accommodation will not be provided.
