Locksmith Technician

We are seeking a skilled Locksmith Technician to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of locks and security systems. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the locksmith industry and possess strong problem-solving skills. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment and visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair locks on doors, windows, safes, and other entry points
- Rekey locks and create duplicate keys as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning locks or security systems
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to service calls
- Recommend upgrades or replacements for outdated or damaged locks
- Keep accurate records of services performed and materials used
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Locksmith Technician
- Strong knowledge of different types of locks and security systems
- Ability to read blueprints and diagrams to determine proper installation procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good physical stamina to perform tasks such as cutting keys or installing heavy locks
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Skills:
- Certification from a recognized locksmith program
- Experience working with electronic security systems
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)

Salary: $1300 per month
