Office Administrator
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Muharraq. As our Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with document management, including filing, scanning, and organizing digital files.
- Update company databases and enter data accurately.
- Monitor office expenses and handle vendor relationships.
- Support the HR department with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Take minutes during meetings as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Salary:
Starting salary for this role is 1000$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided for the selected candidate.
Location:
This position is located in Muharraq, Bahrain. However, candidates of any nationality are welcome to apply.
