Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on all radio systems.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest radio technology advancements and trends.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in radio technology is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a Radio Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of radio equipment and systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina for climbing towers or working at heights.
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
