Industrial Architect - Design and Construction Specialist


As an Industrial Architect in our fast-paced design and construction firm, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of industrial structures and facilities. With your strong knowledge of design principles and building codes, you will work closely with clients to create functional and efficient spaces that meet their specific needs. From conceptualization to completion, you will manage the entire design and construction process, ensuring quality control and timely delivery within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts
- Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and gather necessary information
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans
- Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, etc.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control

Salary: $1500 per month
