Senior Commercial Architect



As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and construction of commercial buildings in Utena. Your main focus will be on creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of your clients.

You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, develop design concepts, and create detailed plans and specifications. You will also collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of commercial building codes and regulations, as well as experience in project management and budgeting. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively convey your ideas to clients and team members.

This is a full-time position that requires at least 5 years of experience in commercial architecture. A degree in architecture or a related field is also preferred. This role does not include accommodation but offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
