Administrative Assistant
We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Balzers. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to our company by handling various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. This is a contract position with a salary of 900$ per month and accommodation is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Managing emails and responding to inquiries
- Coordinating meetings and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining records and organizing files
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Performing general administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but previous administrative experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English or any other language preferred by the candidate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Working Conditions:
This is a contract position for foreigners where no knowledge of English is required. The successful candidate will be provided with accommodation. The working hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
