We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our growing team in Remish, India. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office complexes, shopping centers, and hotels.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their project needs and goals
- Create detailed and accurate architectural drawings and plans
- Oversee construction to ensure compliance with design plans and local building codes
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project deadlines
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in materials, technology, and building techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a commercial architect
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of local building codes

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: This position is based in Remish, India. Indian candidates are preferred but all qualified applicants are welcome.
