Indian Cuisine Chef


We are hiring a skilled Indian Cuisine Chef to join our team in Sofia. As the Indian Cuisine Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic and flavorful Indian dishes for our restaurant. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus featuring authentic Indian dishes
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes such as curries, biryanis, tandooris, etc.
- Ensure all food items are prepared and presented to high-quality standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area at all times
- Collaborate with management to create new menu items or special promotions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and train kitchen staff
- Adaptability to changing menu items or dietary restrictions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
