Architectural Technologist



We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Architectural Technologist to join our team in Siauliai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and architecture, as well as strong technical skills and knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to create innovative designs that meet client needs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure that construction is in accordance with plans
- Prepare specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
