Architectural Technologist - Full Time Position in Siauliai, Lithuania


We are a leading architectural firm in Siauliai, Lithuania seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and translate them into accurate technical drawings
- Prepare detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD or other software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction progress aligns with plans and specifications
- Work closely with contractors during the construction process to address any technical issues that may arise
- Continuously update and maintain project documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other drafting software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
