Data Analytics Specialist

As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations for our company. Your role will involve working with large datasets and using various data analysis tools to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business decisions. You must have strong communication skills and be able to present your findings in a clear and concise manner. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates. This job is based in Los Angeles, but applicants from all nationalities and locations are welcome.

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large amounts of data from various sources
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and identify patterns
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights
- Continuously monitor data quality to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Identify areas for improvement in data collection and analysis processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau or other data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
and concisely
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in data
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
environment
- Experience working with large datasets is preferred
