IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Akron, USA. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and plans that align with the company's goals
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of new systems or upgrades
- Ensure the security of all systems and data by implementing proper protocols and procedures
- Train and support staff on how to use various technology systems effectively
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Create and maintain documentation for all IT processes, procedures, and policies
- Stay updated on new trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, security protocols, and cloud computing
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with team members at all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
- Experience working in the Indian market is a plus but not required
