We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines in our production process. Your main goal will be to ensure efficient operation and high-quality end products.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications and instructions
- Operate and monitor machines during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functionality
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects or issues
- Keep records of production output and machine maintenance activities
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Technical knowledge of different types of machinery and their functions
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Good physical stamina and dexterity to operate machines for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of math and measurements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Salary: $900 per month
