Bilingual Secretary in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia
The ideal candidate for this position will be a bilingual (English and Arabic) secretary with previous experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person
- Managing and organizing schedules and appointments
- Drafting correspondence and composing emails in both English and Arabic
- Maintaining a filing system for important documents and records
- Assisting with visa applications and travel arrangements for employees
- Welcoming visitors and clients to the office
- Coordinating meetings and preparing meeting materials as needed
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian culture is a plus
Contract Details:
This is a contract position with an initial duration of 6 months. The salary for this position is 1200$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
