We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina, Canada. Responsibilities:
- Manage office correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
- Prepare documents and presentations using Microsoft Office
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Assist with preparing reports and presentations for meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills
