Project Manager


Our growing company is in need of an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology industry. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from beginning to end. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and meet all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans including timelines, budgets and resource allocation
• Delegate tasks to team members and provide guidance and support as needed
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans
• Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress and address any concerns
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet all quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects
• Provide regular reports on project status to senior management

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in project management, preferably in the technology industry
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or engineering
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from beginning to end
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
