To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience with designing responsive websites. You should also have excellent communication skills to collaborate with our team and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Designing visually appealing websites that align with our company's brand image
- Creating website layouts using design software
- Selecting appropriate color schemes and fonts for each project
- Implementing user-friendly interfaces for optimal user experience
- Collaborating with team members on design ideas and strategies
- Meeting project deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Conducting regular website maintenance and updates as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and clients
- Strong time-management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
