UX Designer

Ar-Ruwais is seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly designs for our digital products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into engaging design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs
- Conduct research on user behavior, preferences, and trends to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on designs and make necessary iterations
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and explain rationale behind design decisions
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX design or related role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across various projects
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, etc.
- Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML/CSS is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
