Senior Architect

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will also be expected to provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects, as well as collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and practical designs for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
- Oversee the entire construction process from conception to completion
- Ensure that all designs adhere to building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Mentor and guide junior architects in their professional development
- Conduct thorough site visits and inspections to ensure quality control
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for construction teams
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Keep up-to-date with new trends, materials, technology, and techniques in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect (preferably in a senior role)
- In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit etc.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior architects
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
