Office Manager
An established company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of their office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in managing a team and handling administrative tasks. This is a part-time position, with the potential for full-time employment in the future. The salary for this role is $1300 per month, with accommodation provided if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all office activities, including managing office supplies, maintaining records, and handling correspondence
- Manage a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Schedule meetings and appointments for upper management
- Assist with budget planning and tracking expenses
- Act as the point of contact between the office and external clients or partners
- Handle any administrative tasks assigned by upper management
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required for this position
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own visa is preferred but not mandatory
