We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Architecture Manager to join our growing team in Svalbard. As the Contract Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the architectural design process, from conception to completion. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of the architectural design process, including concept development, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Manage project resources, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project requirements are met.
- Review project plans and proposals to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site challenges.
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural design software.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this contract position. As this is a contract role, there are no additional benefits included.

Location:
This position is based in Svalbard but is open to candidates of any nationality who are willing to relocate.
