Instrument Technician - Los Angeles, USA
A reputable company in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join their team. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various instruments used in industrial processes. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a technical degree or certificate.
Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair various instruments used in industrial processes
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and make necessary repairs
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of instruments
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any abnormalities or malfunctions
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify solutions for complex issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times
Requirements:
- Technical degree or certificate in Instrumentation or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control systems, and instrumentation principles
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
