We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team at a leading retail company in Gujrat. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the buying and selling of products, ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing to customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to source new products and negotiate pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or clearance of products
- Create attractive displays in stores, utilizing visual merchandising techniques
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions on product assortment
- Ensure that all merchandise is priced accurately and displayed correctly according to company standards
- Train store employees on proper merchandising techniques and provide support as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and product placement strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Proven track record of increasing sales through effective merchandising strategies
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software programs
