Florist

The Florist will be responsible for creating and arranging beautiful floral displays for various occasions and events. This individual will use their creative skills to design and assemble bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral arrangements using a variety of flowers, greenery, and other materials. The Florist will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and interacting with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating floral arrangements for weddings, funerals, parties, and other events
- Ordering flowers and supplies from vendors
- Managing inventory and ensuring all materials are well-stocked
- Interacting with clients to understand their vision and preferences for floral displays
- Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Maintaining a clean work area and properly disposing of waste materials
- Keeping up-to-date with current trends in floral design

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a florist or in a related field preferred but not required
- Strong creativity and design skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and precision in arranging flowers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Nairobi, Kenya (Preference for Indian candidates)

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Some training or certification in floral design is a plus)

Hours: Full-time (Flexible hours may be required during peak seasons)
