Milling Machine Operator


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Osijek. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to perform tasks such as drilling, cutting, shaping, and grinding
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machine settings and production requirements
- Monitor machine operation to ensure quality output and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and make any necessary adjustments or repairs
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the machines, including regular lubrication and maintenance
- Collaborate with other team members, such as engineers and quality control inspectors, to ensure efficient production flow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating milling machines in a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of machine tool setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Croatian is a plus)

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Osijek (candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently living in the city)
