Milling Machine Operator


A milling machine operator is responsible for setting up and operating computer-controlled machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, grinding, and cutting materials. This role requires precision and attention to detail in order to produce high-quality products. As a milling machine operator, you will also be responsible for monitoring the machines, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and performing routine maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines according to specifications
- Inspect raw materials for defects and measure dimensions using precision tools
- Input program codes into the machine's computer system
- Monitor the machining process and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform basic repairs when needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience operating milling machines preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings
- Basic understanding of computer programming and numerical control systems
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1500 per month

City: Osijek, Croatia (Preference for Pakistani or Egyptian candidates)

Type of Employment: Part-time (20 hours per week)
