We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will have experience in floral design and a passion for creating beautiful arrangements. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating unique and eye-catching floral displays for various occasions such as weddings, corporate events, and everyday arrangements.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements according to client requests and event themes
- Source and select high-quality flowers, plants, and other materials
- Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, wreaths, and other decorative pieces
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure proper care of all materials
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs
- Collaborate with event planners and other vendors to ensure seamless execution of events
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and incorporate them into your work

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a florist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Creativity and attention to detail in designing arrangements
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate with clients effectively
- Flexibility to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays
- Experience working with different design styles for various occasions
- Must be physically able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)

Salary: 1000$ per month.

This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian candidates. No English language proficiency is required.
