IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Siauliai. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and software are running smoothly. This is a part-time position, perfect for those with experience in computer support looking for additional income.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving technical issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure system performance and security
- Train clients on how to use various software and equipment
- Keep detailed records of all support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex technical problems

Requirements:
- Previous experience in computer support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work part-time, including evenings and weekends if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- CompTIA A+ or other relevant certifications
- Experience working with network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, etc.

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
