Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Siauliai. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software. You will also troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance and upgrades, and ensure smooth operation of our computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance for computer systems, hardware, and software
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve them in a timely manner
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems
- Install new hardware components and software updates
- Ensure the security of our computer systems by implementing necessary measures
- Train employees on how to properly use computer systems and software
- Keep track of inventory and order new equipment as needed
- Document all support activities for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems (Windows, MacOS)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and ability to document processes accurately

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Siauliai (open to all nationalities)
