Industrial Painter

Our company is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Bungoma. This position requires a skilled and detail-oriented individual who has experience working with industrial machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of different painting techniques and materials, as well as the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. A biometric passport is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, and no English language skills are necessary. As an Industrial Painter, your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Mixing and applying paint using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, and brushing
- Ensuring that all surfaces are properly coated and finished according to project specifications
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhering to safety standards and protocols while working with industrial machinery and equipment
- Communicating effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different painting techniques, materials, and equipment used in industrial settings
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Good physical stamina as this job requires standing for extended periods of time, bending, lifting heavy objects, etc.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision but also function well in a team environment
