Job Title: Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Site Manager to oversee our construction projects in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided, open to all nationalities. A biometric passport is required for international candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including budget, timeline, and resources
- Oversee and supervise on-site personnel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Review and approve project plans, materials, and equipment to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any problems or delays
- Keep accurate records of project activities, costs, and materials used
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management principles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1600 per month
