Handyman for Contract Work in Bayan (English Speaking)



We are in search of a skilled Handyman to assist with various projects on a contract basis in Bayan. The ideal candidate will have experience working with tools and equipment, as well as strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and facilities
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
- Install new fixtures, appliances, or equipment as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Proficient in using various tools and equipment
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Fluency in English is required
