Junior Architectural Designer


As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work closely with senior designers and architects to create innovative and functional designs for various projects. You will be responsible for producing detailed drawings, developing 3D models, and assisting in the research and development of design concepts. This role is suitable for male candidates with a biometric passport who are looking to gain experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers and architects to develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design software
- Develop 3D models to visualize designs
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Attend site visits to gather information and ensure designs are implemented accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Biometric passport (preferably)
- Previous experience in architectural design (preferably)

Salary:
Starting salary of $1700 per month, based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Khanpur, however, remote work options may be available.
