Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine

We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for our Indian restaurant located in Dickirch. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of our restaurant, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving profitability. You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including managing staff, creating work schedules, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract more customers.

To qualify for this position, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment. A degree in business administration or hospitality management is preferred. You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to lead and motivate a team. Knowledge of Indian culture and cuisine is essential.
