As a Restaurant Manager in our busy and vibrant establishment in Ashdod, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations. You will also handle administrative tasks such as inventory control, budgeting, and scheduling. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front and back of house restaurant operations
- Train and manage staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain high quality standards for food and beverage offerings
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Handle administrative tasks such as inventory control, budgeting, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth running of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the food industry (preferred but not required)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in Urdu or Punjabi (knowledge of English is not required)
- Knowledge of basic financial management principles (budgeting, cost control)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with ease
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
